Welcome to the Scosh Makeup and Skincare website, www.scoshskincare.com. By accessing or using our website, you are acknowledging that you have read, understand, and agree with these Terms and Conditions.

RETURNS: DUE TO COVID-19 SCOSH IS NOT TAKING RETURNS OR OFFERING REFUNDS AT THIS TIME.

After Covid: No returns after 30 days. We are unable to accept opened, used merchandise or products with broken seals. Scosh will replace damaged or defective merchandise with the same merchandise. There is a 30% restocking fee on all authorized returns and cancelled orders. Please report any problems within 2 business days of receiving merchandise. Scosh must issue a Return Authorization Number for all returns, which is to be written on the outside of the returned carton. Returns without an RA # will be refused. Customer prepays return freight. We do not refund shipping charges or return shipping charges. COD shipments will not be accepted. A valid receipt or copy of packing slip must be accompanied by the returned shipment.
Damages: Report damaged shipments to your carrier immediately. Claim must be placed with your carrier before we can replace a damaged shipment. Return damaged merchandise in the original shipping carton.

Errors: Report errors to Scosh immediately. If Scosh made the error in shipment we will issue a call tag to pick up the order and ship the correct merchandise to you immediately.

We strive to be as accurate and error-free as possible when describing our products on the website. Please understand that makeup shades may vary upon receipt due to reasons such as ambient light or monitor quality in which color shades were viewed.

Prices: Prices are subject to change without notice

Forms of Payment: We accept PayPal - where you can use your PayPal account or login as Guest to use a VISA or MasterCard. We do not accept personal checks or cash.

Order Processing Time: Scosh requires 3 to 5 business days to process your order.

Shipping: We ship USPS ground. Please call the office for expedited shipping arrangements.

Backorders: We try to have all of our items in stock, but in the event that we are backordered on an item you will be notified and you will need to re-order at another time.

Our trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on our website are the registered and unregistered marks of Corrective Aesthetics, Inc. / Scosh and are protected by United States and international trademark laws.
