Kathy Krakora is the Founder and President of Corrective Aesthetics, Inc., Scosh and owner of Scosh Makeup and Skincare Studio in Scottsdale, AZ. As a former Hollywood makeup artist and clinical esthetician, Kathy has 25+ years of experience in the beauty industry.
From film and TV to high fashion to print media, Kathy’s list of clientele includes NBC, ABC, MTV, VH1, BBC, Banana Republic, Nautica, 944 Magazine, Oxygen Magazine, Motorola, Kodak, Arizona Diamondbacks, Arizona Lottery, America West Airlines and more. Kathy is also the personal makeup artist to Alice Cooper in Arizona, most recently working with Alice on his induction to the Rock And Roll Hall of Fame. Kathy has been a featured artist for MAC cosmetics and a market artist for Chanel, and has taught her makeup techniques throughout the US, Japan and Australia.
As a clinical esthetician, Kathy has received advanced training in therapeutic cosmetics, working with Plastic Surgeons and Dermatologists. Kathy is considered a skincare expert and was one of the first to offer microdermabrasion in Arizona. Over the past decade Kathy has performed thousands of treatments, pioneering the use of microdermabrasion as a tool for anti-aging.
Kathy now shares her knowledge and experience through her work at Scosh Makeup and Skincare Studio in Scottsdale, AZ. She teaches the art of makeup, performs advanced skincare treatments and offers a skincare and makeup product line based on her vast amount of beauty “know-how.” Kathy’s goal: to help all women be their beautiful best.
